Samrat has previously worked as an Associate Product Manager at Times Internet, where he worked on Retention Metric and looked after the Notifications Vertical for the social media app. He monitored various levers that could affect the D1 and W1 retention metric and leveraged Clevertap for notifications for bringing back users onto the app. He also coordinated with the Marketing, Design, and Dev teams for both Retention and Notifications. Before that, Samrat worked as a Product Analyst at Meesho, where he developed and optimized Ads Catalog Section Process in the supplier panel and built processes for reporting the campaign performance, ads deduction, and overall performance across ads enabled Real Estates on the app. He also designed A/B Experiment for scaling Ads features across different real estates within the Application. Samrat holds a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from NIT Rourkela and is currently pursuing Post Graduate Corporate Education in Product Management from Duke University. He has a strong tech stack that includes product management, SQL, Python, Data Scientist, Postgres, Azure, and Mobile.
